Review: When my roof started leaking after the hail storms last year, a friend recommended Your Neighborhoodz to me after using them with excellent results. They did not disappoint! Spencer (owner) is extremely knowledgeable and gave me several options on how to move forward. He took the time to be there with me when the insurance sent out an adjuster to inspect the roof as well. Having him there made my first time dealing with my homeowners insurance a lot less stressful. He was very good at staying in communication with me on timelines and when the day came to put on the new roof, his crew was top notch. They were very considerate of my landscaping and kept the yard neat through the whole process. On top of that the roof came out fantastic! I wouldn’t hesitate to make him my first call again when I need another roof, and you shouldn’t either!

Review: We hired Your Neighborhoodz to do carpentry work to repair rotted wood on our home, paint the entire exterior of our home, replace our entire roof, repair and replace window screens, and also install a brand new back door french door. We were very pleased with the bid we received for the work and our intercations with Spencer and Brandis during the initial set-up. We had numerous workers at our home throughout the process and were very happy with their attention to detail, work, and respect of us and our home. One crew we even liked so we bought them lunch. Our house isn’t even the same house anymore. It looks amazing! We could not be more excited about the work we had done and the high quality it is. They do it all! They replaced my neighbors fence–our shared fence, and it is fantastic. These guys know what they’re talking about, and they back it up by doing exceptional work. Hire Your Neighborhoodz! Should we ever need additional work on our home they are who we will call.

Review: We used Yournighborhoodz to replace our roof after last year’s hail storm. It took roughly 5 months for the whole process, from the time of contact till the roof was complete. Spencer’s (Owner/Manager) let me know up front that 4 to 5 months would be the time frame we could expect. I had checked with other companies and that seemed to be about normal. Though, I had some roofers promise 6 weeks. One of those same roofers did my neighbors home and it took at least 4 months plus. Spencer also said the material would be delivered about a week ahead of time and asked me if it was OK. That was fine with me. I have used them before for fencing and other jobs in the past and know that they do quality work. I even had a tree fall onto my roof in one of the following wind storms (but before his crews came) and Spencer himself came out on a Sunday and put replacement shingles on my roof where some branches had done some damage. We plan to use YNH again when the time comes that we need work done on our home.
