Review: Two Brothers Roofing. I had no idea what replacong a roof consisted of. Two bros is Great roofing company with exceptional customer care. They replaced my entire roof and did an amazing job. Cleaned up their mess in no time. Ruben is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He is an awesome individual and really cares about his clients.These guys are the best.We highly recommend Two Brothers Roofing.

Review: I got an estimate from Ruben and Two Brothers Roofing early this year. Ruben was, at first blush, amiable and professional. In that sense, he’s a great salesman. Ruben indicated his job minimum was $550. I understood and agreed to this, but was still pretty disappointed when the technician spent a grand total of 38 minutes on site (security cameras FTW). Cost for materials was negligible. When I got the invoice, I called Ruben and asked if he would consider reducing the price to be commensurate with the 38 minutes the job took. He declined, but did offer a 10% military discount, bringing the total to $500 for 38 minutes of work. Oh well – that one’s on me.The bigger problem is that the technician used a marshmallow soft, sticky, tarry, product to patch a gap between the roof and two doors, which are both medium-traffic areas. Six months later, it still hasn’t “set.” It’s still soft and squishy. Even bigger problem – neither Ruben nor the technician told us anything about the materials used to fix the roof, nor did either of them advise us to avoid foot traffic on that area for any period of time. Reminder – these areas are right where the roof meets DOORS. When we had a technician out to service our air handler on the roof, he stepped in it, smashed it down, and tracked tar and gravel through our house. I don’t blame him – I blame the company that used a product like that right by a door and subsequently failed to tell us to never step there again.I emailed Ruben on April 24 to see if he would repair it either as a warranty issue or as a customer satisfaction issue. He partially responded on May 3 by finally explaining the product, but he ducked my question about whether he’d fix it. I wrote him back on May 7. No response. I wrote him back 3 weeks later on May 28, asking for the mere courtesy of a response. He indicated he didn’t view it as a warranty issue. This time, he ducked the question as to whether he’d fix it as a customer satisfaction issue.Bottom line, due to the questionable workmanship and misuse of materials for a specific job, the failure to provide any instructions or guidance to their customer, and poor post-sale customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Review: I highly recommend Two Brothers Roofing! The entire experience was so easy and they were able to help me out in a time crunch. Rueben was so knowledgeable and friendly and helped me along the entire process from day one just to answer my initial questions, inspect my roof to see what exactly was needed and completing the job. I couldn’t believe how easy and smooth he made the entire process especially when dealing with insurance.
