Review: My experience with Tomlin Roofing Professionals has far exceeded my expectations. My roof suffered damages from hail and harsh winds. I have never been presented with this issue before so I asked my realtor and contractor buddies who I should contact to address my damages. Many of them recommended TRP so I inquired and I received a next day response. Robert and Kevin helped walk me through making a claim with my home owners insurance and even came to the property when my insurance adjustor surveyed the damages. Because of this, I felt comfortable I would get the most out of policy repairs and soon enough I received a check for a new roof. I opted for some fairly priced upgrades recommended by TRP and I am glad I did. Repairs began quickly and I was very impressed by the clean-up after the install. I haven’t found any random nails while mowing and managing my landscape which I somewhat expected to find. I will be honest, I did have a small roof leak in a poorly designed roof valley from back in the 80’s after the new roof install. I called Kevin directly who came out right then to help me mitigate the leak right then and the next day the repair was addressed and dealt with. I wasn’t upset about the leak because things happen BUT with that issue I was highly impressed at how that issue was handled quickly and professionally after the sale. I hope I don’t have to require roofing repairs in the future but I have comfort knowing who to call for superior service.UPDATE 06/16/2023:I asked Tomlin Roofing to help me with painting another property. As expected they knocked it out the park with extremely fair pricing in 3 days! It’s so comforting to know someone who I can share a project with and they take the stress from there. A+, 12 out of 10, turnkey, say no more. I am actually looking forward to working with them again.
