Review: Tarrant Roofing did an outstanding job working with my insurance company to replace my roof, gutters and window screens. Sales Representative Justin McCoy did a preliminary inspection of my property, took pictures, then pointed out areas of concern, wind damage and hail damage. When my insurance company’s insurance inspector arrived, Mr. McCoy shadowed their inspection and afterward advised me the insurance inspector did a thorough job and seemed to identify the same concerns Mr. McCoy had relayed to me earlier.After coordination with the insurance company, all the repairs were accomplished in a timely manner. The crews were thorough, quick and professional in all interactions with me.Through all our interactions Mr. McCoy was professional, personable, responsive to all my questions, and was able to explain technical details well to a layman such as myself. His assurances and patient assistance went a long way to keeping my anxiety and frustrations to a minimum through the whole process, overall fret-free and painless on my end from start to finish.I am thoroughly impressed with how Tarrant Roofing, and especially Justin McCoy, worked with me from start to finish on these repairs. Without hesitation I would work with them in the future, but I hope more that no weather events occur requiring I need repairs anytime in the next couple of decades.Many thanks to Justin McCoy, Tarrant Roofing, and the crews that did the repairs.
