Review: Four weeks ago Bob came out to my house to estimate a deck repair. I was pleased with his assessment of the problem and he also offered a veteran’s discount. (I have five veterans in my family) I even called the office to make sure they had my email address and cell phone number. Never heard back for two weeks. I called and was assured Bob would contact me. Bob did call several days later to say he had been ill. Later John came by to do another assessment. That was two weeks ago. Nary a word. It’s been a month now and I have been dismissed, ghosted. Does this company not take women seriously? I can accept an honest answer if the business does not want my job. But no response put me a month behind my project with the hunt for a deck repair contractor to start all over.It’s puzzling to me that a company would expend time and energy to assess a job then not follow through.
