Review: Contracted Bondoc for a complete metal roof replacement ($85k job). From start to finish they were extremely professional. We did have some hiccups during the process (if you have ever dealt with a roofing crew then you know that they aren’t always the cleanest). However, the team at Bondoc made everything right from keeping my pool clean from roofing debris to ensuring my home was in better condition than when they started. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable roofing company. They will be here in 20 years if you have a roof issue, the cheap fly by night storm hunting bidder probably won’t. Go with the company that stands by their work and has the longevity to back it up.Update 19 Oct 23: the hang ups we had with my project have gone unresolved for going on 2+months. Original start date for this roof replacement was 4 Jun. We are now in October so imagine my frustration.One of the crews that did work on my roof did significant surface damage to one of my decks (the crew dragged a ladder along my railing and deck boards). Bondoc came out afterwards (the crew didn’t report the damage) and agreed they were at fault and would fix. I can’t say if they are just too busy or I’m low on the priority list…but between getting the supplies ordered (1 month delay for specific boards) I can’t get a crew out to my house to do the work. I’ve had supplies sitting on my driveway for 2 weeks and the guy who delivered them said he’d be back to start work within days. There are some great folks at Bondoc but I don’t feel the same about their work crews. Previously had a worker intentionally kick debris into my pool (on camera), lots of trash left on property where I had to call the foreman to have them come back and clean up obvious debris/trash.I can’t in good conscience leave a 5 star review with the amount of issues we ran into. I think it boils down to their crew leads and they just don’t seem to care about the company reputation the way the sales and front office do. Would I do business with them again? Probably, but I’d probably take a hard look at Rhino who was the runner up during my bid process.16 May 2024 UpdateHave had some ups and downs with getting the gutters functioning 100% but each time I called, they had someone out to fix the issue within a week (essentially gutters leaking at the seams).The commitment to the roof and making sure it performs has been evident and for that reason I’ve updated my rating to 4 stars.
